Al Lärchenhof è arrivata la primavera!

È di nuovo il momento: i nostri letti rialzati vengono preparati con cura per la prossima stagione estiva. Nonostante le difficoltà di svernare alcune delle nostre erbe e verdure a 1.014 metri di altitudine, siamo orgogliosi che molte piante abbiano superato bene i mesi freddi.

Ora inizia l’emozionante momento del reimpianto. Scegliere le piante giuste che non solo sopravvivono ma anche prosperano nel nostro ambiente alpino è una sfida particolare. La padrona di casa Claudia seleziona con cura verdure, frutta, bacche ed erbe che si adattano perfettamente al nostro clima.
