Spring has arrived at the Lärchenhof!

It’s that time again: our raised beds are being lovingly prepared for the coming summer season. Despite the challenges of overwintering some of our herbs and vegetables at an altitude of 1,014 meters, we are proud that many plants have survived the cold months well.

Now the exciting time of replanting begins. Choosing the right plants that not only survive but also thrive in our alpine environment is a particular challenge. Host Claudia carefully selects vegetables, fruit, berries and herbs that are ideally suited to our climate.

From the garden straight to your plate – it could hardly be fresher or quicker. At the Lärchenhof, you can enjoy dishes prepared with ingredients that are only a few steps away from their harvest. This not only guarantees exceptional freshness, but also promotes a sustainable way of life, which is very important to us.
