Fragrant croissants, crispy handmade pastries, hearty and spicy rye sourdough bread, topped with creative butter mixtures, creamy curd spreads, pesto variations, fruity spreads and MAMAladen.

An Italian feast, a moment of shared joy, a touch of joie de vivre combined with Italian temperament and the passion of food. We share with you the secret of the best ciabatta optional with olives or sun-dried tomatoes, marinated zucchini, homemade pasta, parmigiana, tagliata, osso bucco, pesce al sale, panna cotta, tiramisu, sorbeto al limone. Of course, we also do a tasting of various Italian olive oils, balsamic vinegars and raw ham.

Food that not only satiates, but does us good and makes us happy. We want to share our passion with you, to infect and inspire you. Chickpea curry, vegetable strudel, delicious spreads, fruity cakes and pastries like our classic vegan rhubarb crumble cake, homemade almond milk, red cabbage loaf… We show you ways away from tofu and soy.

Fresh herbs are simply my favorite ingredients for all dishes, whether savory or sweet. They give the vinaigrette, dip and warm dishes that certain something of lightness and freshness in taste. Each vegetable, meat, fish or fruit has its own particular partner with which it harmonizes particularly well in terms of taste. Herbs are true all-rounders!
