You can pay your hotel bill in cash, by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), or by ATM card.

Smoking is not allowed in the entire hotel. We ask for your understanding.

You are welcome to smoke on your balcony, on the terrace or on our smoking corner in front of HappyNest Grafiti.

Cancellation conditions for all bookings with arrival from 25.12.. 2023 to 7/1/2024 and from 8/1/2023 to 2/11/2023 and 8/1/2024 to 2/11/2024.

1 month to 2 weeks before arrival 50% of the total arrangement price
2 weeks to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total arrangement price
in the last week before arrival, late arrival and early departure 100% of the total arrangement price

For bookings in the period from 25.12.2023 to 07.01.2024 the following cancellation conditions apply

until 2 months before arrival free of charge
2 months to 1 month before arrival 50% of the total arrangement price
1 month to 2 weeks before arrival 70% of the total arrangement price
2 weeks to 1 week before arrival 80% of the total arrangement price
in the last week before arrival, late arrival and early departure 100% of the total arrangement price

We look forward to your children, our children’s offer includes: large garden for romping – solitary location on 1,500 m², trampoline, swing and slide, children’s playroom, numerous board games, children’s library, table tennis, cinema and children’s menu.

You are welcome to bring your dog on request for € 70,- without food per stay.

In any case, this is very possible – please just specify when booking so that we can take into account your vegan diet on site.
We cook our own vegan menu, without artificial substitutes and it tastes great!

An e-charging station directly at the hotel is available for a fee.

Mountain bikes and e-bikes can be rented from the local sports store for a fee or we can organize the bikes for you in advance. Please let us know in time and your bike will be waiting for you at our hotel.

There is ample parking directly at the hotel to make your arrival as comfortable as possible.

In Salzburg there are many environmentally friendly ways to get there, such as bus, train (recommendations: St. Johann im Pongau or Bischofshofen), e-bike or plane (nearest airports: Salzburg or Munich). If necessary, we will organize further transport to our hotel Lärchenhof.

We lend free of charge picnic and hiking backpacks, hiking and Nordic walking poles, snowshoes, Zipfelbob, slide plates, books, DVDs.

Please inform us about your allergies and intolerances when you make your request so that we can send you the appropriate information. Allergy sufferers are in the best hands with us and are spoiled with alternative food.

The entire hotel is equipped with wifi. You will receive the access data at the reception upon arrival.

On the day of arrival your room will be at your disposal from 16.00. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 am.
