The snow melts in the spring sunshine, the first green shoots appear in the meadows, and the clear mountain air carries that special promise of a new beginning. At this atmospheric time of year, we warmly invite you to the Easter brunch on 4th and April 5, 2026 at the Lärchenhof. Host Claudia opens the doors of her small house for an enjoyable morning full of warmth, naturalness, and genuine craftsmanship.

Easter, as we understand it

At the Lärchenhof, we celebrate Easter mindfully.
With foods whose origins we know. With ingredients grown with respect. With dishes prepared with love.

At the Easter brunch, you can look forward to:

  • 🐑 lovingly shaped Easter lamb butter
  • 🌸 herb Easter eggs dyed with natural colors
  • 🥩 carefully prepared lamb ham
  • 🥖 homemade bread and fine specialties
  • 🌱 plenty of fresh ingredients – some from our own garden

We use only products from organic farming, selected regionally and seasonally. Because true flavor needs no haste – only time, care, and dedication.

Small, personal, and with a great deal of heart

With only ten individually designed rooms, the Lärchenhof is a place to connect. No hustle and bustle, no noise – but space to arrive, breathe deeply, and enjoy. At our Easter brunch, we also pay attention to the needs of each individual guest:

  • Dishes for people with gluten or lactose intolerance
  • A fine selection for vegetarians and vegans
  • Light, easy-to-digest dishes for an all-round good feeling

With us, everyone should feel welcome – no matter their preferences or needs.

Springtime feelings in a cozy setting

Perhaps the sun will already be shining on our terrace.
Perhaps a small fire will still be crackling in the fireplace.
Inside, it smells of fresh bread; outside, the last remnants of snow sparkle on the peaks.

We start at 9:00 AM – with plenty of time to linger, chat, and enjoy mindfully.
