In our cooking class at Hotel Lärchenhof, you will experience this diversity up close. In a small, personal group, we will cook a seasonal spring menu together – step by step, with great attention to detail and a feel for honest flavour.
A special highlight: mountain prawns from Rottenmann – a regional speciality that delights with its delicate aroma and gives the menu a truly distinctive touch.
