Harvest Time – when the Garden Reveals its Treasures

Autumn is moving into the country – and with it a feeling of abundance and gratitude. It is the time when what has grown over many months is revealed, and we at Lärchenhof are once again richly gifted to look at our garden.

Nature has been particularly kind to us this year – fragrant herbs, crisp vegetables and sweet fruit in abundance. Now we are harvesting all these treasures with great love and dedication, carefully drying them, preserving them and making them durable. So even in the cold months, we can fall back on the aromas and powers of summer.

Whether homemade herbal teas, preserved tomato sauces, fruity jams, pickled delicacies or dried apple rings – and much, much more. Every action is done with the thought of being able to spoil our guests in winter with the best from our garden.

Because for us at Lärchenhof, sustainability means not only buying regionally, but also growing, preserving and enjoying with respect.
