From November 29 to December 23, 2025, we await you daily from 9 AM with a lovingly prepared brunch that appeals to all your senses.
Accompanied by the scent of freshly baked rolls, the cozy warmth of our fireplace, and the view of the snow-covered mountains, your day with us begins completely relaxed – and full of indulgence.

Our Brunch Selection for You:

• Homemade bread, fresh rolls & fine jams
• Regional cheese selection & seasonal spreads
• Warm Delicacies – savory, vegetarian, vegan, or light
• Our own herbal teas, hot chocolate with cinnamon & coffee specialties

Many of the ingredients come from our own garden or from regional partners – fresh, organic, and prepared with great care by Claudia and her team. And because your well-being is close to our hearts, we naturally also offer gluten-free and lactose-free options, as well as a wide selection for vegetarian and vegan guests.
