An Evening Full of Flavor, Zest for Life, and Dolce Vita
As you all know, I love Italian cuisine – its simplicity, its sophistication, the intense flavors, and the lifestyle it brings with it. And when my longing for Italy is particularly strong, I simply bring the sweet life to Kleinarl – right here to our Lärchenhof.
With “Amore Mio – the Italian Evening”, I want to share my favorite recipes with you and together with you, immerse ourselves in the culinary world of Italy.
🍽️ A little taste of the evening:
We’ll start cozily with homemade Focaccia, Ciabatta with various salts, Grissini, and the best olive oil. We’ll continue with small delicacies like mini pizzas with tomato sauce and buffalo mozzarella, marinated zucchini, and pickled tomatoes. Fresh olives from Bari are, of course, a must – for that authentic Italian feeling.
From our favorite supplier, there will be Prosciutto crudo di Daniele, Parmesan, sweet honeydew melons, and, depending on the season, a Sorrcola salad from our own garden. For refreshment, we’ll serve a delicate fennel-raspberry-walnut sorbet – surprising and incredibly delicious. My personal highlight: Vitello Tonnato, followed by a pasta course with homemade pasta, pesto, or wild garlic – depending on our mood, inspiration, and what the garden offers.
For the main course, you can expect Osso Buco, tender Pollo alla Toscana, grilled fish, or delicate vegetables – all, of course, fresh and cooked with love. And for a sweet finish: Tiramisù, Panna Cotta, or a refreshing lemon sorbet – just like in Bella Italia.
