We are pleased to announce that Claudia will be a jury member for the exciting “Mission Green” project

This project is dedicated to the sustainable use of resources in tourism and invites companies to submit their innovative ideas in three categories. Claudia, known for her commitment to sustainability, will play a central role and contribute her expertise to identify and promote the best ideas.

What is “Mission Green”?
“Mission Green” is an ideas competition that seeks sustainable solutions in tourism. Companies and individuals are invited to submit their creative and innovative ideas to improve the use of resources. The project provides a platform to present concepts that can help minimize the environmental impact of tourism and promote sustainable practices.
Three categories for your ideas
Until July 2024, companies have the opportunity to submit their ideas to the IdeaSpace in the following three categories
1. food as a resource:
The aim here is to find digital or other solutions to reuse or avoid surplus food. We are looking for innovative approaches to develop new products from unused foodstuffs or to make them usable in other sectors.
2. resource textiles:
This category focuses on the upcycling of discarded textiles. Ideas are being sought on how to prevent textile waste and promote the reuse of textiles.
3. (Awareness) education:
This category is dedicated to the question of which initiatives can bring the population, companies and their employees or tourists closer to the responsible use of resources.

Claudia’s role as a jury member – as a jury member, Claudia will carefully examine and evaluate the ideas submitted. Her extensive knowledge of sustainability and her passion for environmentally friendly solutions make her an ideal choice for this responsible role. Claudia will ensure that the best and most innovative ideas are selected to promote sustainable change in tourism.
