From the Lärchenhof kitchen: lovingly, regionally, surprisingly
The Lärchenhof kitchen smells of cinnamon, rosemary and freshly baked bread. The pans are dancing, the oven is glowing – it’s Christmas time. With great dedication, dishes are created here that give warmth, awaken memories and create new moments of pleasure. Only what is convincing is used: organic, regional, seasonal – and selected with heart.
A special highlight this year is the festive Christmas brunch. An invitation to start the day slowly – with homemade delicacies, sweet and savory, hot and cold. Something for every taste, lovingly prepared and full of little surprises. A brunch that lets the morning turn into noon – relaxed, enjoyable, mindful.
In the evening, it can be a little more festive: no fixed menu, but a meal that has been discussed very personally beforehand. Each course is created on request – creatively interpreted, with ingredients that are appropriate for the season. This is how every evening at the Lärchenhof becomes a small culinary experience – familiar and yet new.
