Wild garlic, asparagus, fish & spring herbs – cooking together in Kleinarl

When spring arrives in the mountains, the kitchen comes to life again, too.
Fresh wild garlic, tender asparagus, fragrant spring herbs and delicate fish – ingredients that taste of sunshine, nature and lightness.

In our cooking class at Hotel Lärchenhof in Kleinarl, we will cook a spring menu together using seasonal and regional ingredients. In a small, personal group, we will show you step by step how simple products become special dishes.

This cooking class in the Salzburg region is perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking, is looking for new inspiration, or simply wants to experience a delightful afternoon. A special highlight of the cooking class is mountain prawns from Rottenmann, a regional speciality with a delicate flavour.

After cooking together, we will enjoy the dishes we have prepared at a shared dinner at the Lärchenhof. Friends and family are welcome to join – because the best part of a cooking class is enjoying it together at the table.
