Fresh chanterelles and porcini mushrooms straight from nature to your plate

Summer is showing its best side and a very special time is beginning in the forests around Kleinarl: mushroom season! Our local forests now give us delicious chanterelles and porcini mushrooms, which I collect with much love and respect for nature.

Before these valuable treasures end up on your plate, a lot of manual work is involved: Each mushroom is carefully cleaned and washed by me – a patient process that is well worth it, as this is the only way to bring out the fine taste and unmistakable aroma of these special ingredients.

It is a great pleasure for me to process these freshly harvested forest treasures in our kitchen and serve them to you in finely balanced dishes. Whether classic with handmade pasta, creamy risotto or as a special side dish with regional meat specialties – the variety of mushrooms inspires me anew every year and brings a piece of nature directly to your plate.

A stay at the Lärchenhof is always a culinary experience – and right now you can look forward to the incomparable taste of our forests. The mushroom season is short, so don’t miss this special opportunity and enjoy our fresh forest cuisine to the full.

I look forward to welcoming you here and bringing you closer to a piece of Kleinarl with all your senses!
