The “Hundsalzhof” from Reitdorf is our supplier for delicious organic yogurts and fresh cheese. The milk comes from cows that are kept happy and species-appropriate, and each product is made with attention to detail.

Ebner coffee

A special highlight that we would like to present to you is our coffee supplier, Ebner Kaffee. The coffee beans are from organic farming and are 100% Arabica. The roasting is done by hand, which ensures that each bean is treated optimally. Our Ebner coffee is characterized by a chocolaty taste, reminiscent of central Italy due to the use of the beans. We set our machines with the utmost care to serve you the perfect cup of coffee – every morning.

Wagrainer Eggs – Chicken Village Wagrain

Our Wagrain eggs come from happy hens from the idyllic chicken village of Wagrain. The farm has been run organically since 1994 and you can experience the difference at the breakfast buffet and with our homemade desserts.

We were looking for the most tender chicken and the best white Galloway meat and quickly found it! We obtain the valuable meat directly from the Oberaubauer from Wagrain. The most important thing for us is to know that the animals are allowed to live a beautiful and species-appropriate life and that there are no long transport routes to the end consumer. We are lucky to have such a great partner on our side!
